PenPeg is run independently, without a support desk or a call centre — but if you spot a mistake in one of the calculators, want a pen, ink, or paper question answered, or have an idea for a new tool, send it in.
support@penpeg.com reaches the person who runs the site. There’s no ticketing system behind it, so please describe the issue in the email itself rather than just saying something is broken.
What’s useful to include
- For a calculator issue — the Ink Cost Per Page Calculator, the Ink Bottle Life Calculator, or the Writing Time Calculator — note which tool, the numbers you entered, and what result looked wrong.
- For a guide correction — on the Fountain Pen Nib Size Guide, the Paper Weight & GSM Guide, or the Pencil Grade Guide — point to the specific figure or claim you think is off.
- A tool or topic you’d like to see added.
- General feedback on the site, the blog, or the museum.
We read every message that comes in, but there’s no fixed response time we can promise — this is a small, ad-supported site rather than a company with a support staff.
